I tried out my new kettlebell today and it pretty much kicked my ass. 30 minutes of Kettlebell swings, push-ups with 5 minutes of cardio.
Diet has been ace and the calorie counting is going well. I’m heading to Wales tonight and no services allowed.
EDIT: We hit a services and I got a McDonalds cheeseburger and fries.. and a Dr Pepper and some chocolate 😂
