One year to get into the best shape of my life

So what’s this all about, eh?

Well over the last few months I have put on a fair amount of weight and do not want to sport a muffin top any longer! In 365 day’s time, I want to be in shape and by giving myself a year to do it, I feel it’s a nice time frame to actually accomplish this.

I currently weigh 100.96kg (222.6lbs) and this challenge will entail the following to class it as completed by June 29th 2021:

  • Reach my goal weight of 85kg (185lbs).
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week.
  • Post a progress pic once per day.

But why the “progress pic” per day? Ah yes well, I was thinking of doing it weekly but decided I want to make things extra interesting for two reasons:

  • I lack discipline and this is a way of trying to form a habit.
  • By taking a pic each day, I want to condition myself to remember to exercise and eat healthier as I want the pics to change over time!
